If you upgrade your account, you can receive a membership package (first upgrade only) and membership card (including every renewal upgrade). This will be sent by regular mail to the address you have provided us.
To be able to receive this membership package and/or card, you need to make sure your account information contains your correct and complete address.
In addition, you also need to have the "Upgraded Membership card & package" setting set to "Yes" in your Account Settings. You can find this by going to My Account > Account Settings > "Private". If this setting is set to "no" or left empty, no membership card or package will be sent to you.
